7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Completed orders placed Monday through Friday, before 1pm (Central Time) are typically shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the following business day and shipped accordingly. No orders will be shipped or processed on weekends or US holidays. You will get an email when your order ships that will include a tracking number(s) if applicable.

At this time, BENSTAR PACKAGING AND DISTRIBUTION, INC. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

8. INTERNATIONAL

We currently do not ship internationally. If you want to place an international order, contact us first. If we agree to ship an order internationally, it will be at your own (the BUYER's) risk. It is up to you to know if our products are legal in your country. If a package is seized by customs, or a duty is added by your country, it is not our responsibility. We will not offer tracking or insurance on international orders.

9. SALES TAX

BENSTAR PACKAGING AND DISTRIBUTION, INC. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site that is shipped to mailing addresses in IA, NE, and SD.

      10. RETURNS

Defective items must be reported to us by phone, 712-255-7020, within 2 business days of receiving your order. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturer's defect or was damaged in transit we will ship a replacement item if available or issue a store credit for the amount of that item. Return of Materials Authorization (RMA) documentation will be emailed to you at the address used in the original order. You will have 7 days to return the defective item or you will be charged for the replacement part. If you return an item without RMA documentation you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

1. GOVERNING LAW:

In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of BENSTAR PACKAGING AND DISTRIBUTION, INC. shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

2. MISCELLANEOUS:

The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and BENSTAR PACKAGING AND DISTRIBUTION, INC. with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and BENSTAR PACKAGING AND DISTRIBUTION, INC. with respect to this Web site.
